Itinerary:

Day 1: September 17 – Arrival in Salta
Reception at Salta Airport and private transfer to the selected hotel.
Free day to acclimate and explore the city.
Accommodation in a 4-star hotel in Salta.

Day 2: September 18 – Technical Briefing and Preparation
Attend the official race technical briefing where the participation kit and route details will be delivered.
Free afternoon to enjoy Salta's historic center or rest.

Day 3 to Day 7: September 19–23 – Salta-Jujuy Ultrabikepacking Race
Over 5 days, you will ride through spectacular landscapes on the following circuit:

• Race Day 1: Start at El Mirador de Salta House, passing by the Güemes Monument, Cerrillos, El Carril, and Las Ánimas.
• Race Day 2: Climb the iconic Cuesta del Obispo, cross Payogasta, and arrive in Cachi.
• Race Day 3: From Cachi and Payogasta, head towards La Poma and the challenging Abra del Acay (4,895 m), finishing in San Antonio de los Cobres.
• Race Day 4: Route to Huancar and Susques, skirting arid landscapes and vast salt flats.
• Race Day 5: Descend the impressive Cuesta del Lipán, arrive in Purmamarca, and finish in the vibrant city of Jujuy.

Day 8: September 24 – Rest and Relaxation in Purmamarca
Transfer to Purmamarca. Free day to relax and visit the Cerro de los Siete Colores.
Optional: Walk along Paseo de los Colorados at sunrise.
Accommodation in a 4-star hotel in Purmamarca.

Day 9: September 25 – Trekking in the Salinas Grandes
Half-day excursion to the Salinas Grandes, a vast white desert at 3,400 meters above sea level.
Free afternoon to stroll through Purmamarca's markets.

Day 10: September 26 – The Yungas: Nature and Jungle
Guided visit to the Yungas of Jujuy, a subtropical forest full of biodiversity.
